EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 8th day of <br />August <br />1979, by and between the COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER and FIRST <br />CITRUS BANK OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a Florida Banking Cor- <br />poration: <br />WITNESSETH: that for good and valuable considerations <br />in hand paid, the parties agree between themselves as follows: <br />WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY executed an Anticipation <br />Note to.FIRST CITRUS BANK OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY in the amount <br />of FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($50,000.00), on August 15, 1978, <br />said Note to become due and payable on or before July 6, 1979; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the parties to extend the <br />term of said Note to September 6, 1979; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises herein <br />contained the said INDIAN RIVER COUNTY and FIRST CITRUS BANK <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY hereby extend the term of said Antici- <br />pation Note to September 6, 1979. <br />A11 other terms of the original Note dated August 15, 1978 <br />remain binding and enforceable between the parties. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto <br />set their hands and seals the day and year first above written. <br />Signed, sealed and delivered <br />in the presenc of :' <br />J1 <br />Acit G <br />As to ounty <br />c_ <br />As to First Citrus <br />AUG 8 1979 <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />By 2�c.� x!/11 <br />illiam C.
