AMENDMENT No. 2 TO PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITHEDL UND, DRITENBAS, <br />BINKLEYARCHITECTS AND ASSOCIATES, P.A. - IRC PROJECT No. <br />0701, IRC PARKS MAINTENANCE COMPLEX <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Architectural and <br />Engineering Services Agreement with Edlund, Dritenbas, <br />Binkley Architects and Associates, P.A., and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute same, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of February 11, 2009. <br />AMENDMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.0. JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (JPA) WITH THE FLORIDA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT) FOR: TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br />SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS <br />Chairman Davis wanted staff to work towards the elimination of certain red lights <br />along SR 60 and US 1. <br />Chris Mora, Assistant Public Works Director, addressed Chairman Davis's remark, <br />and responded to further questions from the Commissioners regarding the traffic flow. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />March 3, 2009 14 <br />
