CONSIDERATION TO LEASE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO SUPERVISOR OF <br />ELECTIONS (43RD AVE.) TO THE SENIOR RESOURCE ASSOCIATION FOR <br />A TRANSIT FACILITY <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the concept of leasing the property adjacent to the <br />Supervisor of Elections Office on 43rd Avenue, to the <br />Senior Resource Association for a Transit Facility for <br />$1.00 per year, with the understanding that staff will bring <br />back an Agreement and Resolution for the Board to <br />review and take action it deems appropriate, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of February 24, 2009. <br />8.0.
