NECESSITY OF TAKE RESOLUTION FOR PARCELS OF PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF STATE ROAD 60 AND 66TH <br />AVENUE <br />Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal recapped the Backup memorandum <br />dated February 27, 2008. He requested that the Board pass the Resolution of Necessity which will <br />formally state that this property is needed by the County for improvements to 66th Avenue. He <br />said it would give the County authority to file an action in condemnation in eminent domain and <br />prosecute that action.
