March 6, 2008 <br />PUBLIC WORKSHOP OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, held a Public <br />Workshop at the County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Thursday, March 6, 2008, to provide an Impact Fee Update. Present were Chairman Sandra L. <br />Bowden, Commissioners Joseph E. Flescher, Peter D. O'Bryan, and Gary C. Wheeler. Vice <br />Chairman Davis joined and departed the Workshop intermittently. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy Clerk <br />Athena Adams. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Bowden called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m., with Vice Chairman Davis <br />absent. <br />2.
