THTH <br />INTERSECTING STREETS (14 STREET SW AND 13 <br />PLACE SW) IN GROVENOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />(Administrative) <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />Chris Kafer, County Engineer, advised that 23 of the 29 property owners signed the <br />petition for paving and drainage in this neighborhood. He advised that only two property owners <br />attended a public information meeting held and both were in favor of the project. Staff <br />recommended approval of the project. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Robert Haas <br />, who lives in the area to be paved and who initiated the petition, urged <br />the Board to approve the project. <br /> <br />There were no additional speakers and the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2006-032 confirming the assessment roll <br />nd <br />for certain paving and draining improvements to 32 <br />thth <br />Avenue SW, from 15 Street SW to 13 Place SW <br />including the intersecting streets in Grovenor Estates <br />Subdivision.
