August 30, 1979 <br />RE: Community Development Pre -Application Fiscal Year 1980 <br />Public Hearings <br />We are working on the pre -application for the Community <br />Development for Fiscal Year 1980. In order to comply with <br />the laws and requirements of the United States. Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development we need to have two Public Hearings. <br />Because of the constraints of time and the needs of the citizens <br />we recommend that the first Public Hearing be on September 19th <br />at 10:00 a.m. in the morning for the authorization of the grant <br />application. This meeting most probably will be attended by <br />members of the Community Development Advisory Committee. <br />We recommend the second Public Hearing for 5:01 p.m. that evening <br />once again for the authorization of the grant application.
