SEP 51979 <br />HOUSING PROGRAM. <br />�ornc41 �Rcf 478 <br />HE CONTINUED THAT FUNDS FOR FURNITURE AND THE <br />EQUIPMENT HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AND ARE DEPOSITED, AND STAFFING <br />IS COMPLETE. MR. REGAN STATED THAT THE MOST PRACTICAL PLACE <br />TO LEASE IS THE OLD TODAY OFFICES, FOR $350 A MONTH, OR $4,200 <br />A YEAR. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THIS <br />WOULD BE AN EXPENSE OF THE COUNTY. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMIS- <br />SIONER LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE LEASING OF <br />SPACE OWNED BY VICTOR PALISANO IN THE OLD TODAY OFFICES FOR A <br />PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH AN OPTION TO LEASE UNTIL THE OLD HOSPITAL <br />IS COMPLETED, INSTEAD OF LEASING FOR ANOTHER YEAR, AND TRY TO <br />HAVE THE SPACE BEGINNING OCTOBER 1ST. <br />COMMISSIONER Loy STATED THAT MR. REGAN SHOULD TRY FOR <br />THE OCTOBER 1ST DATE BUT HE WOULD HAVE THE FREEDOM TO NEGOTIATE <br />FOR THE LEASE BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 15, 1979. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REVER APPROACHED THE BOARD TO DISCUSS <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE FOR DRAINAGE CRITERIA FOR SITE PLAN <br />APPROVAL, HE SUBMITTED THE FOLLOWING PROPOSED REPUIREMENTS: <br />APPENDIX A, SECTION 23, SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />* (1) Additional requirements for affected development <br />1. It may be necessary for some projects to seek permits from govern- <br />mental agencies other than the County. In such cases, zoning and <br />building permits will not be issued for these projects until the <br />applicant submits proof of approval or certification from those <br />agencies involved to the Planning Department when applicable.to the <br />project. Agencies from which permits may be required include, but <br />are not limited to, the -following: <br />1) Department of Environmental Regulation <br />2) Department of Transportation <br />3) Corps of Engineers <br />4) St. John's River Water Management District <br />5) Florida Health & Rehabilition Services <br />6) Indian River Farms Drainage District <br />7) St. John's Drainage District <br />8) Sebastian River Drainage District <br />9) Fellsmere Water Management District <br />
