In addition, recommenda- <br />tions for specific actions will be made. This policy system <br />will conform with that for future land use and other <br />appropriate plan elements. <br />All typing of reports and preparation of final graphics <br />will be the responsibility of Indian River County. <br />This will be a time -and -expenses contract, with total <br />hourly charges not to exceed four thousand five hundred <br />dollars ($4,500.00). The hourly charges for RMBR personnel <br />will be: <br />a) Benjamin Withers, AICP $45./hour <br />b) Michael Patterson $35./hour <br />c) Alvin Vance(technician) $17.50/hour <br />keimbursable expenses will be charged as follows: <br />a) mileage @ $0.17 per mile <br />b) food and lodging @ invoice price <br />c) telephone & postage @ invoice price <br />d) blueprints @ invoice price <br />e) Xerox @ $0.15 per copy <br />-If the project should extend beyond thirty days in duration, <br />monthly statements of time and expenses will be sent to the <br />County for payment. <br />EXTRA SERVICES: The services enumerated in this proposal include one final <br />-presentation to County officials. The following are to be <br />considered extra services which will be performed only after <br />specific authorization by the County: ' <br />a) additional presentations to County officials <br />b) special presentations to TCRPC officials <br />C) all formal public hearings ` <br />d) typing and preparation of final graphics <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REVER EXPLAINED THAT THIS PARTICULAR <br />PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED BY OCTOBER IST AND SHOULD NOT EXCEED <br />$4,500; THERE ARE FUNDS IN THIS YEARS BUDGET TO COVER THIS <br />EXPENSE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE PROPOSAL, THE CON- <br />SULTANT FEE NOT TO EXCEED $4,500, AND AUTHORIZED THE CHAIRMAN TO <br />SIGN THE NECESSARY CONTRACT. <br />11016 <br />
