The COMMISSION agrees to: <br />2.1 Pay the COUNTY a total sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Ninety -Two <br />Dollars ($ 80592.00 ). <br />2.2 Payment will be made: two quarters (2/4)* upon execution of this <br />Contract; two quarters (2/4) upon receipt of the County annual <br />expenditure report. <br />* (State law requires release of funds on a quarterly basis.) <br />3. The COUNTY and COMMISSION mutually agree: <br />3.1 This Contract shall become effective on , 197 . <br />3.2 This Contract shall terminate on June 30, 1980. <br />3.3 This Contract is subject to the availability of funds and the deter- <br />-mination as to such availability rests solely with the COMMISSION. <br />If funds become unavailable, the COMMISSION may terminate this Contract <br />on 24 hours notice. <br />3.4 Any alterations, variations, modifications or waivers of provisions of <br />this Contract shall only be valid when they have been reduced to -writing, <br />duly signed and attached to the original of this Contract. The parties <br />agree to renegotiate this Contract if State revision of any applicable <br />laws or regulations make changes in this Contract necessary. <br />3.5 This Contract contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the <br />parties.
