SEP 191979 soox 41 mF 538 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-82 <br />WHEREAS, there is drainage and utility easement on each <br />side of the lot lines of KINGS HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, Block <br />10, as filed in Plat Book 4, page 90, Indian River County, <br />Florida, records, and <br />WHEREAS, Johnny Thornton and Margaret Thornton, his wife, <br />are the owners of Lots 15 and 16, Block 10, KINGS HIGHLANDS <br />SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 4, page 90, Indian River County, <br />Florida, <br />WHEREAS, said property is in site plan approved for erection <br />of a building on said lots, which said building will lie over <br />side lot line easement on South side of Lot 16 and the North <br />easement of Lot 15, of Block 10, KINGS HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, as follows: <br />1. The Board does hereby release the 3 foot side lot line <br />easement over the North 3 feet of Lot 15 and the South 3 feet <br />of Lot 16, Block 10 of said KINGS HIGHLANDS, but it is <br />specifically understood that the side Lot line easement on the <br />South side lot line of Lot 15 and the North side lot line of <br />Lot 16 will remain in full force and effect. <br />2.
