RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT, made and executed this 19th day <br />Of September, 1979, between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, party <br />of the first part, and JOHNNY THORNTON and MARGARET THORNTON, <br />his wife, parties of the second part; <br />WITNESSETH: <br />For and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) <br />DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid <br />by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof being here- <br />by acknowledged, the said party of the first part does herewith <br />release, discharge and quit claim unto the said parties of the <br />second part, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, <br />forever, the easements in favor of the party of the first part on <br />real property situated in Indian River tounty, Florida, which said <br />easements are as follows: <br />The North 3 feet of Lot 15 and <br />The South 3 feet of Lot 16, <br />All on Block 10, KINGS HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, according <br />to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 90 <br />of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, by virtue of <br />the authority vested by law in the Board of County Commissioners, <br />and for and on behalf of the County of Indian River, State of <br />Florida, have caused these presents to be executed in its name by <br />its Chairman and its seal to be affixed, attested by its Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court. <br />Signed, sealed and <br />delivered in the <br />presence of: <br />SEP 191979 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: 7ZA&A C e <br />William C.
