Executed construction contract: <br />Bain Underground Utilities, Inc., General Contractor <br />Dickerson, Inc., Street Sub -contractor <br />a. Contract provides sewerage within the sub- <br />division and transmission to the Vero Beach <br />Sewage Treatment Plant via an existing force <br />main. This work is substantially complete. <br />b. Contract provides water distribution within <br />the subdivision. Water is supplied by the City <br />of Vero Beach, and all acreage charges and <br />special tapping fees due under the Moorings <br />Agreement have been paid.
