She wanted to know how a Charter could possibly help <br />us, and what Interlocal Agreements may say. <br /> <br />James Goddard <br />, 600 Riomar Drive, did not know which way to go and thought the <br />decision to put this before the people was the right one. <br /> <br />Bob Smith <br />, 295 Coconut Palm Road, urged the Board to have the hearings on <br />Charter government. <br /> <br />th <br />Jens Tripson <br />, 2525 14 Street, supported putting the Charter to the people at a <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Alfred Baldwin <br />, Lindsay Lanes, felt there was no guarantee that the ILA would <br />pass or go forward.
