The low bid was submitted <br />by Sunrise Tractor Co., Ft. Pierce, Fla. HE <br />STATED THAT HE REVIEWED THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND HAS <br />48 PAGES OF COMMENTS CONCERNING THEM. <br />ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR NELSON INFORMED THE BOARD THAT <br />MR. SINGH IS DUE TO ARRIVE SOON AND ISR. KONTOULAS COULD GO OVER <br />
