HE REPORTED.THAT THEIR BIGGEST OBJECTION IS THE <br />VIRAL AFFECT THE PLANT WILL HAVE ON THE AREA - AIRBORNE VIRUSES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ATTORNEY TO <br />REPRESENT THE COUNTY'AND USE COUNTY ENGINEERING TO TRY TO RESOLVE <br />ANY PROBLEMS. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NEXT ADVISED THE BOARD THAT A RESOLUTION <br />HAS BEEN PREPARED REGARDING THE HOSPITAL BOND ISSUE AND SUGGESTED <br />WAITING UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON AT 3:00 O'CLOCK P.M. TO DISCUSS IT <br />FURTHER WITH MR. SINGH. <br />THE BOARD NEXT DISCUSSED THE PERSONNEL SURVEY, AS PER THE <br />FOLLOWING MEMORANDUM AND ATTACHMENTS: <br />November 14: 19.79. <br />MEMORANDIRI <br />TO: Jack G. -Jennings, County Administrator <br />FROM: Robert Donlon, Personnel Director <br />It is my recommendation that Cody & Associates be <br />retained to perform the survey as outlined in their proposal. <br />They have been more than satisfactory in their recently completed <br />study for Indian River County. This study will be a continuation <br />of the Classification and Pay Plan we have recently adopted. <br />In addition to the items covered in their proposal, they <br />have agreed to include an Affirmative Action Plan at no additional <br />cost to the County. <br />The funds for this study are included in the Personnel <br />budget for this year. <br />NOV 211979 29 c <br />
