Provides in easily understandable terms what their <br />personnel program is and what benefits and working <br />conditions they enjoy and/or must adhere to. <br />C.•Performance Evaluation System <br />1. Provides a system where each employee knows how they <br />are progressing and organizations know what areas <br />and employees need attention and help. <br />2. Provides a basis for a wage and salary program based <br />upon performance. <br />3. Improves motivation, through recognition. <br />4. Train the Rater's in using the system. <br />II.WORK ELEMEUTS <br />A. Design Personnel Rules and Requlations <br />1. Study the existing personnel system, charter work rules <br />and regulations, and other applicable rules and regula- <br />tions. <br />2 Review imput from Management and supervisors group <br />memberrs concerning needs,, etc. <br />3. Design Personnel Rules and Regulations. <br />4. Submit first (1st) draft for review, feedback and <br />recommendations. <br />5. Re -design and draft final rules and regulations. <br />6. Submit final draft for adoption and implementation. <br />7. Final printing and orientation phase of the rules <br />and regulations. <br />B. Performance Evaluation System Design <br />1. Analyze the present policies concerning advancement, <br />probation, and etc., that would be involved with per- <br />formance. Study organization structure and future <br />plans. <br />2. Design performance system to meet the needs as described. <br />3. Draft final recommended system. <br />4. After implementation, provide orientation and explana- <br />tion of system. <br />C. Employee Personnel Manual <br />1.
