pr- <br />NOV 211979 BooK URGE <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED HIM WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE TREES <br />THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SAVED. <br />MR. CONNERY EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAD TROUBLE WITH THE <br />TWO CLEARING MEN - THEY WERE ASKED TO SAVE THE TREES BUT DIDN'T. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS NOTED THAT DRAINAGE IS THE PRIME <br />CONCERN AND WONDERED IF THE EXTENSION ON THE SITE PLAN IS REALLY <br />GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. <br />MR. CONNERY STATED THAT HE WOULD FOLLOW THE NEW SITE <br />PLAN CRITERIA IF THIS IS WHAT THE BOARD REQUESTED. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE INTERJECTED THAT A 90 DAY EXTENSION <br />WOULD GIVE THEM UNTIL DECEMBER 29TH, AS IT DID EXPIRE ON SEPTEMBER <br />28TH. <br />MR. CONNERY STATED THAT THEY WOULD NEED MORE TIME THAN <br />THAT, AND THEY HAVE ABOUT 80% OF THE ENGINEERING ALREADY COMPLETED <br />AND COULD COME IN FOR A FINAL SITE PLAN REVIEW WITH 30 DAYS BUT <br />NOT SOONER. <br />-DISCUSSION FOLLOWED AND IT WAS FELT THE APPLICANT SHOULD <br />BEGIN AGAIN WITH A NEW SITE PLAN. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY DENIED THE REQUEST FOR A SITE PLAN <br />EXTENSION. <br />WENDY LANCASTER, PLANNING, DEPARTMENT, NEXT DISCUSSED A <br />REQUEST FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF TURTLE COVE SUBDIVISION, BY <br />JAMES A. FOWLER, REPRESENTING RICHARD P. LETSINGER. SHE NOTED THAT <br />THE PROPERTY CONSISTS OF 14k UNDEVELOPED ACRES AND IS TWO MILES <br />NORTH OF STATE ROAD 510 ON THE WEST SIDE OF AIA. MISS LANCASTER <br />STATED THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE RECOMMENDED APPROVAL BUT <br />THAT AN ADDITIONAL 20' BE DEDICATED ALONG AIA, AND THAT DRAINAGE <br />BE DESIGNED TO TAKE CARE OF THE STORM WATER ON SITE. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ABOUT SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS, AS PER THE <br />FOLLOWING MEMORANDUM BY .JACK ALLEN OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT: <br />i <br />
