GIFFORD YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER, INC. REQUEST FOR <br />REIMBURSEMENT, LEASE AGREEMENT – MAINTENANCE AND <br />REPAIRS <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board <br />unanimously approved reimbursement to the Gifford <br />Youth Activity Center (GYAC) to cover lighting <br />repair costs at GYAC in the amount of $2,076.23, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of May 1, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />7.J. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE <br />APPROPRIATE STATE HOUSING INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP (SHIP) <br />AND HURRICANE HOUSING RECOVERY (HHR) AGREEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board <br />unanimously approved Resolution 2006-064 <br />authorizing the Community Development Director <br />or his designee to execute State Housing Initiatives <br />Partnership (SHIP) and Hurricane Housing <br />Recovery (HHR) Agreements with applicants <br />approved by the Affordable Housing Loan Review <br />Committee. <br />May 16, 2006 8 <br /> <br />
