Sealed proposals for the construction of either or both of <br />the above listed projects will be received by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, at <br />the office of the Board, 2145 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, <br />Florida 32960, until 2:00 pm, local time, January 23, <br />1980, at which time they will be publicly opened by the <br />Owner's representative and read aloud. Proposals received <br />after the above time and date will be returned unopened. <br />2. Plans, specifications, and contract documents will be open <br />to public inspection on or after December 17, 1979, at the <br />office of the Board of County Commissioners, and may be <br />examined and obtained at the office of'Connell Metcalf & <br />Eddy, Inc., Arch.itects-Engineers-Planners, 1320 S. Dixie <br />Hwy., Coral Gables, Florida, or by written application to <br />the Architects -Engineers -Planners at P.O. Box 341939, Coral <br />Gables, Florida 33134. <br />3. Plans and specifications will be furnished without charge <br />to approved organized plan rooms for public inspection. <br />4. No more than two complete sets of plans and specifications <br />of each project will be made available to General <br />Contractors desiring to bid the project, by payment of a <br />deposit of $100.00 dollars per complete set for each <br />project. If requested by return mailing, the documents <br />will be sent by C.O.D. to cover postage and shipping <br />charges. <br />5. All additional sets of plans and specifications requested <br />by Contractors or Subcontractors shall be purchased for the <br />above listed payment amount per set for each project, which <br />amount is non-refundable. Partial sets will not be issued. <br />6. Payment in cash or check must accompany all requests for <br />-plans or specifications. Checks shall be made payable to <br />Indian River County, Board of County Commissioners_.. <br />
