<br />SUBMITTED, BUT THAT WE WOULD LOOK AT ANOTHER TENTATIVE APPROVAL _
<br />BASED UPON PROPER DRAINAGE AND IT IS NOT REQUIRED OF MR. REDISH AT
<br />THIS TIME TO DO THE DITCHES OR BRING THE ELEVATION UP BEFORE COMING
<br />BACK FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL.
<br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT FELT IF THE DEVELOPER SHOWS THE
<br />FINISHED ELEVATIONS, ETC., ON THE PLAN HE SUBMITS FOR TENTATIVE
<br />APPROVAL, THAT IS ALL WE CAN ASK.
<br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED IF THEY WISHED TO WITHDRAW THE RE-
<br />QUEST FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL BASED UPON THIS RATHER THAN HAVE IT
<br />DENIED. HE NOTED THAT IT HAS TO GO TO THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COM-
<br />MITTEE IN ANY EVENT.

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, has tentatively. approved. the
<br />following changes and additions to the Zoning
<br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida,
