A copy of these <br />analyses is identified as Exhibit 9 and in all cases shown <br />compliance. <br />In fact, prior to this, General Development Utilities, <br />has an analysis made of its raw water by another outside <br />certified laboratory to monitor its quality prior to treatment. <br />Our raw water before any treatment meets the Drinking Water <br />Standards that are now in effect, a copy of which is identified <br />Exhibit 1, Attachment 4. <br />dj (Q.) Do you keep all records in the offices of the utility <br />open for inspection. <br />(A.) The operating records are kept in the offices of the <br />utility and are open for inspection. <br />e. (Q.) Are the customer's account records kept in a manner <br />which will permit reproduction of the customer's bills <br />for any given billing.period? <br />(A.) Yes, all customer billing history is recorded on <br />microfilm and a duplicate bill could be readily <br />reproduced. <br />f. (Q.) With regard to customer relations; does the utility <br />provide information -and assistance to its customers <br />including the method of meter reading and the method <br />of deriving a bill? Do you also provide an explanation <br />and a copy of the utility's rates upon request? Do <br />you respond to all complaints and service requests. <br />(A.) Yes, we do. <br />
