DEMUDD ANSWERED <br />AFFIRMATIVELY AND THAT THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN UPSET LIMIT. <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR THOMAS ASKED IF THEIR FIRM <br />HAD A FINANCIAL CONSULTANT AND WAS ADVISED THAT A COMPANY KNOWN <br />AS PLANTEK DEVOTES THEIR TIME TO THIS WORK. <br />MR. DEMUDD STATED:THEYi'COMPLETE THEIR WORK ON TIME AND ON <br />BUDGET, AND OFTEN WHEN THEY REACH THE POINT OF COMPLETION, THEY ARE <br />ASKED TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED IF THEY COULD BE HELD TO THEIR <br />ESTIMATE OF TIME AND MR. DEMUDD ANSWERED AFFIRMATIVELY. <br />MR. DEMUDD THEN PRAISED MR, RATLIFF OF TAMPA, THE ENVIRON- <br />MENTALIST WHO BELONGS TO THEIR SUBSIDIARY FIRM, WHO TAKES CARE OF <br />THEIR ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS. HE MENTIONED THAT IN THE DOT, THEY <br />CONSIDERED HIM QUALIFIED ENOUGH TO TEACH THROUGHOUT THE STATE, <br />THE BOARD THEN THANKED MS. BORROWES, MR. HE CONTINUED THAT THEIR FIRM IS ONE OF THE <br />LARGEST ENGINEERING FIRMS AND HAS BEEN IN SERVICE FOR OVER %O <br />YEARS; THEIR MAIN OFFICE IS IN TAMPA, AND HAVE BEEN IN FLORIDA FOR <br />22 YEARS.
