<br />of St. Lucie County, Florida in Plat Book 2 at page 25; less
<br />and excepting, however, the West 25 feet of the North 172
<br />feet of the East 1/2 of the East 20.92 acres of said Tract
<br />4; said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED for the sole purpose of referencing
<br />in the description the plat book and page number Of Indian
<br />River Farms Company which was not included in a County Deed
<br />from Indian River County to the Indian River Farms Drainage
<br />District dated February 26, 1951 and recorded March 6, 1951
<br />in Deed Book 64 at page 348, Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
