_I <br />DEC 19 1979 <br />BOOK 42 ma. 20 <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NEXT INFORMED THE BOARD'OF A ZONING <br />VIOLATION BY MARILYN BARTHOLOMEW, AND STATED THAT SHE HAD BEEN <br />CONTACTED BY THE ZONING DEPARTMENT AND REQUESTED TO MOVE A MOBILE <br />HOME FROM HER PROPERTY. SHE APPARENTLY STATED THAT SHE WOULD PUT <br />THE TRAILER UP FOR SALE AND HAVE IT REMOVED, BUT TO DATE THE MOBILE <br />HOME IS STILL ON THE PROPERTY. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ATTORNEY TO PROSECUTE <br />MR. & MRS. BARTHOLOMEW TO OBTAIN INJUNCTIVE RELIEF FROM THE ZONING <br />VIOLATION. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE STATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A STATUS <br />REPORT OF THE PROJECTS INVOLVING REMOVAL OF HAZARDOUS BUILDINGS, <br />ETC., SO HE COULD CONSULT A LIST AND DETERMINE WHETHER THEY ARE UNDER <br />CITATION, IN COURT, OR BEING REMOVED, ETC, <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT HE WOULD OBTAIN SUCH A LIST <br />FROM BUILDING DIRECTOR RYMER, AND THE BOARD AGREED THAT THIS IS A <br />GOOD IDEA. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NEXT DISCUSSED RENEWING OF THE EXTENSION <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF VERO BEACH IN REGARD TO EXTENDING THE <br />TIME FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENGINEERING REPORT FOR THE TRI PARTITE <br />AGREEMENT FOR ONE MORE YEAR. HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE CITY <br />HAD THIS MATTER ON THEIR AGENDA LAST NIGHT AND APPROVED IT, AND HE <br />HOPED THIS WOULD BE THE LAST YEAR THIS IS NECESSARY. <br />ON'MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE CITY OF VERO BEACH, AS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND AUTHORIZED THE <br />SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN. <br />
