<br />NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively ap-
<br />proved the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />east of U.S. Highway No. 1 from Vero Shores
<br />Subdivision south to the St. Lucie -Indian River .
<br />County line in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />to -wit:
<br />That portion of the east 1/2 of the SETA of
<br />Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 40 East
<br />which is a contiguous strip of land parallel to
<br />and east of U.S. Highway No. 1, and which is
<br />660' in depth measured from the center line of
<br />U.S. Highway No. 1, said land lying and being
<br />in Indian River County.
<br />Be changed from CA Commercial District to
<br />R-lA single Family District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission in the i
<br />County Commission Room, Indian River
<br />County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on
<br />Thursday, November 8, 1979, at 7:30 P.M.,
<br />after which said public hearing in relation
<br />thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />shall have an opportunity to be heard will be
<br />held by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, in the County
<br />Commission Room, Indian River County
<br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wed-
