r <br />JAN 91980 <br />Geraghty & Miller, Inc. <br />6009 <br />SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />October 1979 <br />42 RecE 530 <br />The charges for services provided by Geraghty & Miller, <br />Inc., consist of: (1) an hourly fe-e for any professional staff <br />member actively working on a project, (2) reimbursement of ex- <br />penses, and (3) reimbursement of subcontractor's and other <br />special costs. Bills covering the hourly charges and expenses <br />will be submitted for payment on a calendar month basis, unless <br />some other arrangement has been agreed upon. <br />Fee ranges for various classifications of Geraghty & <br />Miller, Inc., personnel are indicated below and are subject to <br />revision. <br />Principal <br />Vice President <br />Associate <br />Senior Scientist <br />Senior Hydrogeologist <br />Hydrogeologist <br />Draftsman, Technician, and <br />Research Assistant <br />Range <br />$75.00 _ <br />$85.00 <br />65.00 - <br />75.00 <br />55.00 - <br />70.00 <br />40.00 - <br />55.00 <br />28.00 - <br />40.00 <br />17.00 - <br />30.00 <br />15.00 - 26.00 <br />Reimbursable expenses are chargeable at cost plus a 10 <br />percent handling charge. These include travel costs, living <br />expenses for personnel required to be away from their home of- <br />fice in connection with the work, rental cars, long distance <br />telephone calls, telegrams and cables, copies, prints or re- <br />ports, shipping costs for samples and other materials, expend- <br />able supplies purchased specifically for a project, and premiums <br />for insurance in addition to normal coverage when required. <br />Mileage for the use of personal cars is charged at 30 cents per <br />mile. Mileage for project use of company owned vehicles is <br />charged at 35 cents per mile. <br />Subcontractor charges, purchase or rental costs for special <br />equipment necessary for the work, and any other costs not asso- <br />ciated with normal office overhead are billed at cost plus a <br />handling charge of 10 percent. <br />
