IF THE DOR AGREES WITH <br />HIM, THEY GIVE HIM THE RIGHT TO SUE THE BOARD FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF <br />AND TO REINSTATE THE ROLL AS PREVIOUSLY ASSESSED. THE ATTORNEY <br />INFORMED THE BOARD THAT PSR. LAW HAS FILED A LETTER WITH THE DOR ON <br />APPROXIMATELY FIFTY DIFFERENT CASES ON THIS BASIS, AND THE DOR HAS <br />WRITTEN THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL ADJUSTMENT BOARD ASKING THEM FOR THE <br />DECISIONS AND EVIDENCE TO REVIEW. ATTORNEY COLLINS COMMENTED THAT <br />THIS IS POTENTIALLY A VERY SERIOUS MATTER, AND HE FELT HE NEEDED <br />AUTHORITY TO CONTINUE TO REPRESENT THE BOARD IN THIS MATTER AND STATED <br />HE ALSO WOULD LIKE AUTHORITY TO BRING IN SOMEONE WITH REAL EXPERTISE <br />IN DEALING WITH THE DOR, IF NECESSARY. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED ATTORNEY COLLINS TO CONTINUE <br />TO REPRESENT THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL ADJUSTMENT BOARD AS DISCUSSED <br />ABOVE AND TO BRING IN ADDITIONAL HELP, IF NECESSARY. <br />RESOLUTION Pio, 79-112, TROPIC VILLAS WATER FRANCHISE, <br />GRANTED TO SAND DOLLAR BUILDERS, INC., IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THE <br />MINUTES AS APPROVED AT THE MEETING OF NOVEMBER 7, 1979. <br />
