<br />County, Florida, will accept written bids to the
<br />hour of 9:30 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, January
<br />9, 1960, for the cash purchase of the following
<br />described Counfy properties:

<br />NO. 2. Located in the 4200 Block of 25th
<br />Avenue. On the tax roll as 26-32-39.02-0120-002.

<br />Less a Deed of Easement as follows:
<br />(1) The northerly five feet.
<br />(2) The easterly twenty-five feet of the
<br />westerly thirty-five feet.

<br />The Board of County Commissioners
<br />reserves the right to reject any or all of the
<br />bids and make awards in any manner which
<br />the Board considers to be in the best interest of
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
<br />All bids shall be for a cash purchase, in
<br />writing by legal description as listed above and
<br />shall include a check payable to Indian River
<br />County for ten percent (10 percent) of the bid
<br />price with the balance due five (5) days after
<br />acceptance, submitted in an envelope securely
<br />sealed and marked on the outside "SEALED '
