<br /> <br />Chairman Lowther explained that Lost Tree has to obtain a lot of permits from <br />other agencies, even if the Board approves the project, to be able to move forward. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wheeler understood that there is a life expectancy of 3 years on <br />Planned Developments (PDs). <br /> <br />Director Boling clarified that the Board can individually place timeframes on PDs <br />but that is not currently in the PD ordinance. <br /> <br />The Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued on the interconnectivity of the project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wheeler wanted to see interconnectivity on the project and a time <br />frame placed on the PD, while Commissioner Davis also wanted to see interconnectivity on the <br />project. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, <br />SECONDED by Chairman Lowther, the Board <br />unanimously approved (by a 3-2, vote Commissioners <br />Davis and Wheeler apposed) the preliminary PD plan, <br />the conceptual PD plan, and the rezoning to PD <br />residential, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br />That prior to issuance of an LDP, the applicant shall: <br />June 21, 2005 21 <br /> <br />
