MR. NELSON CONTINUED THAT SINCE MRS. RICHEY AND HER STAFF <br />OFTEN WORK AT THE WAREHOUSE, HE RECOMMENDED SEALING OFF THE SOUTH <br />PORTION OF THE BUILDING TO CREATE AN OFFICE SPACE AND PUTTING IN A <br />WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER TO BE USED AS NEEDED, WHICH HE FELT COULD BE <br />DONE ECONOMICALLY. MR. NELSON STATED THAT THE CARPENTER SHOP HAD <br />BEEN RELOCATED, AND NOW MRS.
