<br />Discussion continued regarding the proposed roadways to be paved. <br /> <br />Chairman Ginn said she could not support this issue unless she had some assurance <br />that the roads are being paved. <br />In response to Attorney Collins’ inquiry, Director Keating stated that staff has no <br />problem with moving Recommendation 4.D. to Phase II of the project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Adams, by a 4-1 vote, <br />Chairman Ginn opposed, the Board unanimously <br />adopted staff’s recommendation as set forth in the <br />memorandum of June 15, 2004 and as amended <br />(moving Recommendation 4.D. to Phase II of the <br />project). <br /> <br />(CLERK’S NOTE: The Chairman called for a short recess at 10:48 a.m. and reconvened the <br />meeting at 10:59 a.m. with all members present.) <br /> <br />9.A.2.
