The Planning & Zoning Commission and staff <br />are recommending Board approval. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing asking if anyone wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter. <br /> <br />th <br />Robert Johnson <br /> inquired about the expansion plans for 66 Avenue and Director <br />Keating explained it is designated to be a four-lane arterial highway. <br /> <br />Brian Heady <br />, Vero Beach, posed the same questions that he had in the previous <br />matter regarding the availability of water, sewer and the provisions for stormwater runoff. He <br />wanted specific answers before the vote. <br /> <br />Chairman Ginn read a short paragraph regarding the North County Reverse <br />Osmosis Plant (copy in the backup) saying that there is sufficient capacity to accommodate <br />additional demands generated by the proposed rezoning. She told Mr. Heady that they do look into <br />all of these items and she asked him to be seated. <br /> <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter. There <br />being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 2004-018 amending the zoning <br />ordinance and the accompanying zoning map for <br />th <br />approximately 75.10 acres located east of 66 Avenue <br />thth <br />between 45 Street and 49 Street, from A-1, <br />Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to RS-3, <br />JUNE 22, 2004 <br />14 <br /> <br />
