There being no further speakers, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 2009-007, amending the future Land <br />Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan by changing the <br />land use designation for ± .32 acres located at the <br />northwest corner of Indian River Boulevard and 37th Street <br />from M-1, Medium Density Residential -1 (up to 8 units <br />per acre), to C/I, Commercial/Industrial; and providing <br />codification, severability, and effective date; and <br />Ordinance 2009-008, amending the Zoning Ordinance <br />and Zoning Map for ± .32 acres located at the northwest <br />corner of Indian River Boulevard and 37th Street from <br />RM -8, Multi -Family Residential District -1 (up to 8 units <br />per acre), to OCR, Office, Commercial, Residential <br />District; and providing codification, severability, and <br />effective date. <br />The Chairman called a break at 10:05 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:16 a.m., <br />with all members present. <br />10.A.2.
