M <br />this Lease. <br />5. <br />That any and all improvements made by the LESSEE shall <br />become the property of the LESSOR at the time of the expiration <br />of this Lease and further LESSEE shall make no claim on any of the <br />said improvements. <br />6. LESSOR shall reserve to itself the right to place wells <br />upon the demised premises if it becomes necessary, provided that the <br />wells do not interfere with the operation of the Rehabilitation <br />Center. <br />7. LESSEE, at LESSEE'S expense, shall provide and carry <br />ir addition to fire insurance, liability insurance coverage in an <br />amount of not less than TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($200,000.00) <br />per individual injury, and FIRE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($500,000.00) per occurrence. The LESSOR shall be named a co- <br />insured and copies of said policy mailed to LESSOR annually. <br />8.
