ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />staff meeting with the County’s State Legislative <br />Delegation to explain the beach nourishment project for <br />Sector 7, as recommended in the memorandum of June 1, <br />2004. <br /> <br />11.I.7. SHOOTING RANGE – SHERIFF’S OFFICE ADDITION – <br />DESIGN CONSULTANT RANKING – NEGOTIATIONS WITH <br />CARTER ASSOCIATES, INC. AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />approved contract negotiations be initiated with the <br />top-ranked firm, Carter Associates, Inc., as recommended <br />in the memorandum of May 27, 2004. (Project is to be <br />funded by the Sheriff’s Department.) <br /> <br />11.I.8.
