ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THE COUNTY SHOULD BE GIVEN <br />A DEED FROM ARTHUR K. WILSON, OWNER, FOR THE ADDITIONAL 15'* RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO RESCIND THE PREVIOUS MOTION. <br />ON -MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL OF KINGSWAY SUB- <br />DIVISION, SUBJECT TO THE RECEIPT OF A DEED FOR THE 15' RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />ON KINGS HIGHWAY. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REVER APPROACHED THE BOARD REGARDING OLD <br />SUGAR MILL ESTATES #2 AND WANTED IT NOTED FOR THE RECORD THAT A <br />CUL DE SAC HAS BEEN BUILT ON 13TH PLACE, WHICH IS NOT PART OF THE <br />PLAN. HE CONTINUED THAT A ROAD IS INTENDED TO GO THROUGH BUT WAS <br />CONCERNED THAT THE CUL DE SAC MIGHT BE LEFT THERE INSTEAD. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE COMMENTED THAT THE DEVELOPER IS GOING <br />TO BUILD THE ROAD, AND A TEMPORARY CUL DE SAC IS BEING USED AT THIS <br />TIME. <br />THE ATTORNEY WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE EASEMENT IN THE SUB- <br />DIVISION AND FELT WHEN THE MOTION WAS MADE, IT SHOULD BE CONDITIONED <br />UPON THE COUNTY ACCEPTING A 10' EASEMENT; AND THE DOCUMENT SHOULD BE <br />AN EASEMENT DEED. HE ADDED THAT THE SUM OF MONEY TO BE PLACED IN <br />ESCROW SHOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL FACTOR TO CONSIDER. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT FELT THE BOARD SHOULD CONSIDER THESE MATTERS <br />LATER -WHEN ENGINEER JAMES BEINDORF IS PRESENT. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED THE FINAL APPROVAL REQUEST OF SEAGROVE <br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4, AND THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESENTED A DRAWING TO <br />THE BOARD. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS INTERJECTED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE <br />A DRAWING OF WHAT THEY ARE APPROVING. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY COMMENTED THAT WHILE SHE SHARED THE DESIRE <br />TO SEE WHAT THE BOARD IS WORKING ON, THESE DRAWINGS ARE ON FILE AND <br />THOUGHT THE COMMISSIONERS SHOULD MAKE THE EFFORT TO LOOK AT THEM, <br />26 <br />19 <br />MAR 51980 _4: <br />
