<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED <br />BY Commissioner Davis, the Board by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Bowden absent) directed the County <br />Attorney to draft a referendum question asking voters <br />whether the “Save our Homes Act” should be extended to <br />all properties and to bring back to the Board. <br /> <br />13.E.3. RA <br />EINSTATE UGUST MEETINGS <br />Commissioner Lowther heard from people who might have to come before the Board in <br />August and he requested the August meetings be reinstated. <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lowther, <br />SECONDED BY Commissioner Davis, for discussion, to <br />reinstate the August BCC meetings. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wheeler opposed this request. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion <br />passed, by a 3-1 vote, Commissioner Bowden Absent and <br />Commissioner Wheeler opposed, to reinstate the August 1, <br />8, and 15, 2006 BCC meetings. <br /> <br />14.SPECIAL DISTRICTS AND BOARDS <br /> <br />14.A.
