HRKACH has submitted his resignation as <br />Indian River County Veterans Service Officer; and <br />NHEREAS, JOHN J. HRKACH has served as the Indian River <br />Count_ Veterans Service Officer with diligence during a period <br />in which Indian River County has experienced -tremendous growth <br />and, consequently, increased the burden -upon -all of its Governmen <br />Officials; and <br />WHEREAS, JOHN J. HRKACH has served with great distinction <br />since his appointment on April 30, 1976 to the effective date of <br />his resignation of March 27, 1980 on behalf of the servicemen <br />within Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River - <br />County wishes to publicly acknowledge and thank JOHN J. HRKACH <br />for his tireless efforts on behalf of the servicemen of Indian <br />River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />on behalf of itself and the servicemen of Indian River County <br />expresses its deep appreciation to JOHN J. HRKACH for his devotion <br />to the servicemen of Indian River County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Board wishes JOHN J.
