<br />Pursuant to Florida Statute 125.35, the Board
<br />of County. Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will accept written bids to the
<br />hour of 9:30 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, March
<br />19, 1980, for the cash purchase of the following
<br />described County property:
<br />That portion of the East 1/2 of Street R -W
<br />formally known as Lemon Avenue lying bet-
<br />ween Lot 11 of W.R. Duncans Resubdivision
<br />and Lot 4 of Jones Subdivision.
<br />The Board of County Commissioner's
<br />reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids
<br />and make awards in any manner which the
<br />Board considers to be in the best interest of
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
<br />All bids shall be for a cash purchase, in
<br />writing by legal description as listed above,
<br />and shall include a check payable to Indian
<br />River County for -ten percent (10 percent) of
<br />the bid price with the balance due five (5) days
<br />after acceptance, submitted in an envelope
<br />securely sealed and marked on the outside

<br />THAT IT WAS PART OF A ROAD, AND WAS ABANDONED YEARS AGO. HE CONTINUED
<br />THAT IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS THERE WAS A COMMITMENT TO SELL THE PROPERTY
<br />FOR $100 BUT THE PEOPLE WHIy RECEIVED TITLE THROUGH THE ABANDONMENT
<br />DID NOT PAY THEIR TAXES, THUS IT REVERTED BACK TO THE, COUNTY.
