If you note <br />Lots 8 and 9. Plat 1, which is shown as Sale (4) adjoins the subject <br />lots and sold 8/10/79 for $95,000® Since these lots have useable <br />depth to the river portion, this sale was considerably under other <br />location sales. <br />It is my opinion that due to the undesirable influence of the <br />unattended park, the ocean section of Lot 8 and 9, warrant a value <br />of $65,000 and the portion between A -1-A Highway and the river <br />while not having the depth of the subject does appear to have maple <br />depth for a homesite on the river and was valued at $35,000.00. <br />- ® M <br />
