FRED BAKER OF BAKER REALTY INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE HAS <br />PRESENTED MR. GRAUL'S PROPERTY TO SOME DEVELOPERS WHO WILL START <br />WORK ON THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL. HE ENVISIONED THAT THEY WOULD <br />POSSIBLY FENCE AND PUT A SECURITY GATE SOMEWHERE. THERE WILL BE <br />TEN BUILDINGS WITH WINDING ROADS, AND THEY WILL RENT APARTMENTS AT <br />ABOUT $350. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE 80-12 GRANTING THE <br />REZONING TO R-3 REQUESTED BY CARL GRAUL. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80-12 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto, held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1.
