THE ATTORNEY TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE <br />APPLICATION BEING SUBMITTED, AND THAT THE ,BOARD WILL DISCUSS IT AT <br />THEIR NEXT MEETING, <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS ADVISED THAT THE AGREEMENT INVOLVES THE <br />COUNTY AGREEING TO SUPPLY WATER, SEWER, LIGHTING, AND ROADS - A <br />MUTUAL COOPERATION SORT OF AN AGREEMENT. HE FELT THAT RATHER THAN <br />TRYING TO MAKE A DECISION NOW, THE ADMINISTRATOR COULD WRITE A <br />LETTER THAT THE BOARD WOULD CONSIDER IT AT THEIR NEXT MEETING; AND <br />THE BOARD WOULD HAVE A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF IT TO STUDY. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT FELT WE SHOULD ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR <br />THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND THE ROAD & BRIDGE DEPARTMENT TO�REVIEW <br />IT IF WE ARE GOING TO PUT OURSELVES IN A POSITION TO SUPPLY ROADS, ETC. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS THOUGHT WE SHOULD INDICATE IN THE LETTER <br />THAT WE MUST MAKE IT CONTINGENT UPON THE LOCATION, AS ONE HAS NOT <br />BEEN DESIGNATED AS YET. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED IF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY INTENDED <br />TO UTILIZE THE LOAN FUND OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS. <br />HE ADDED THERE WERE FUNDS FOR SITE PREPARATION ALSO AVAILABLE. <br />MR. EGAN REPLIED AFFIRMATIVELY, AND EVEN- THOUGH THEY DO <br />NOT HAVE ANY FUNDS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, HE WOULD WRITE TO THEM <br />TO INDICATE INTEREST IN THEIR FUNDING, HE CONTINUED THAT IF THEY <br />CAN GET INTO THIS PROGRAM, THEN THEY CAN START TO GENERATE THEIR <br />OWN FUNDS, AS THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS DOES NOT HAPPEN ALL THE TIME. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REVER ADVISED THAT THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />HAS WORKED WITH THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT IN FORMULATING THEIR <br />APPLICATION. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO BE <br />DIRECTED TO WRITE A LETTER TO HUD INDICATING THE BOARD IS GIVING <br />CONSIDERATION TO THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AND THAT THE BOARD WILL <br />DISCUSS IT AT THEIR NEXT MEETING. <br />FINANCE OFFICER BARTON ADVISED THAT THEY HAVE UNANTICIPATED <br />REVENUE FROM TRAFFIC FUNDS THAT HAS ALREADY EXCEEDED THE BUDGET FOR <br />THE FISCAL YEAR; THEREFORE, HE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE $50,000, RECORD IT <br />APR 91990 9 Bou 43.
