1� <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80- 38 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Florida <br />Statute 196.199, the following described property was <br />purchased by SAINT JOHNS WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, on April <br />16, 1979: <br />The West half of Section 25; all that part of <br />the West half of Section 36 lying North of the <br />Sunshine State Parkway; and that part of Section <br />26 being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section <br />26 run South 89° 57' 12" West along the North line <br />of said Section 26 a distance of 3202.98 feet to a <br />point which is 2137.22 feet East of the Northwest <br />covner of said Section 26; thence run South <br />020 25' 03" West a distance of 4613.56 feet; <br />thence run North 880 20' 20" East a distance of <br />3361.25 feet to a point on the East line of said <br />Section 26, said point being 905.72 feet Northerly <br />of the Southeast corner of said Section 26; thence <br />run North 00° 28' 53" East along the East line of <br />said Section 26 a distance of 4519.52 feet to the <br />Northeast corner of said Section 26 and Point of <br />Beginning. <br />All of the above described property lying and being <br />in Township 33 South, Range 36 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida, and containing 978.23 net acres, <br />more or less. <br />said purchase having been made for a valid public purpose. <br />Effective April 16, 1979, and thereafter the lien for taxes <br />on said property are hereby cancelled and discharged, so long <br />as the same are used for public purposes. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLOR.TDA <br />By <br />s..• Willard.W.
