Beindorf <br />Re: Engineering Services to Indian <br />River County Planning Department <br />Dear Mr. Beindorf: <br />As discussed in your meeting with Mr. David Rever, County Planning Director, <br />Tuesday, March 18, 1980, the Indian River County Administrator and Planning <br />Departments require engineering services related to a proposed development <br />project at Wabasso Beach. <br />As Indian River County has an existing agreement dated June 21, 1972, with <br />Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc., and Beindorf and Associates, Inc., A <br />Joint Venture, to furnish engineering services, Indian River County is hereby <br />requesting additional services to be performed in accordance with'the agree- <br />ment. <br />This letter will serve as your authorization to provide additional services <br />to the Planning Department and to proceed on work as discussed by Mr. David <br />Rever and Mr. Neil Nelson. The'scope of work to be accomplished by the <br />additional services shall include but not be limited to the following: <br />SUGGESTED SCOPE - WABASSO BEACH PARK DEVELOPMENT <br />1) Provide technical and general consultation to the Planning and <br />Administrator's Departments when requested. <br />2) Perform limited engineering or inspection services on construction <br />and related project matters. <br />A <br />BOOK 43 PAGE 242 <br />
