Discussion ensued on what time the meeting should commence and whether to <br />establish a time for ending the meeting. There was CONSENSUS that they would begin the <br />evening meetings at 6 p.m. and it would be left to the Commissioners to decide when to end it. The <br />nd <br />first evening meeting would be held on September 14, 2004 (2 Tuesday). <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2004-023 amending Code Section 102.01, <br />Board of County Commissioners Meetings and Procedures, <br />to provide for one nighttime meeting per month. (The <br />evening meeting shall be the second Tuesday of each <br />month. The first evening meeting shall be September 14, <br />2004. The evening meetings shall commence at 6 p.m.) <br /> <br />9.A.3.
