PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE #2004-023 – AMEND <br />SECTION 102.01 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />MEETINGS AND PROCEDURES – PROVIDE FOR ONE <br />NIGHT TIME MEETING PER MONTH (LEGISLATIVE) <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />County Attorney Collins reviewed the memo dated July 14, 2004. It was up to the <br />Board when they wanted to hold their first evening meeting and at what time. The Ordinance will <br />become effective when received by the Secretary of State. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />with regard to this matter. <br /> <br />Brian Heady <br />, Vero Beach, was curious to know if they would have a cutoff time. <br /> <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter. There <br />were none and she closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />County Attorney Collins stated there is nothing in the ordinance at present that <br />provides for a time to end the meeting.
