r <br />APR 2 31980 Mai 43 PACE 376 <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE BROUGHT UP QUESTIONS ABOUT THE.°PRATE <br />STRUCTURE, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THE RATE STRUCTURE BEING <br />CHARGED BY VISTA ROYALE IS COMPARABLE TO THE COUNTY RATE STRUCTURE. <br />ALSO FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS" WHICH THEY INTEND TO PUT IN THE NEW <br />SECTION, THEY HAVE STATED WHAT THE ACCUMULATED IMPACT FEES AND TAP <br />ON FEES WOULD BE PER CUSTOMER. ATTORNEY COLLINS SAW NO REASON WHY <br />THEY CAN T GET IN-KIND CREDIT RATHER THAN CASH CREDIT FOR THOSE IMPACT <br />FEES. <br />THE CHAIRMAN FELT IT IS THE LOGICAL WAY TO GO. <br />MR. GASKILL COMMENTED THAT THEIR MAIN OBJECTION IS TO AVOID <br />RED TAPE AND GET THE FACILITIES BUILT ON TIME. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS FELT THE CONTRACT COULD BE SET UP TO <br />GIVE THEM THE FREEDOM THEY WANT, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT WE <br />COULD LET THEM WRITE IT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ATTORNEY TO WORK WITH <br />REPRESENTATIVES OF VISTA PROPERTIES TO DRAFT AN AGREEMENT WITH THEM <br />FOR THEIR UTILITY SYSTEM AND REPORT BACK TO THE BOARD AS SOON AS <br />POSSIBLE. <br />COUNTY' ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD THE <br />FOLLOWING LETTER RECEIVED FROM BARRY HYND, PRESIDENT OF HOBART <br />LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: <br />
