4. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner O'Bryan requested the addition of Item 7.D.D., Consulting Services <br />Work Order No. 2 (Utility) with Carter Associates, Inc. for survey services for the West Regional <br />Treatment Facility---UCP-2621 <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-1 vote (Commissioner <br />Davis absent), the Board unanimously made the above <br />change to the Agenda. <br />Administrator Baird informed the Board that Glenn Legwen had submitted an <br />Emergency Request to be added to the agenda regarding a Code Enforcement matter. Chairman <br />Wheeler directed Mr. Legwen to explain his request. <br />Glenn Legwen, 5900 5th St. SW, disclosed that he had retained Engineer Frank <br />Farley to make a determination of the structural integrity of four structures on his property. He <br />declared that only one of the four buildings needed to be repaired, and wanted to present Mr. <br />Farley's assessment to the Board. <br />Vice Chair Bowden wanted to know if Mr. Farley was present and Mr. Legwen <br />replied that although Mr. Farley was unavailable today, he could attend a future meeting. <br />Chairman Wheeler conferred with the Board to see if they wanted to include Mr. Legwen's item <br />under Agenda Item 11., Departmental Matters, under Code Enforcement Community <br />Development. <br />July 24, 2007 2 <br />
