approved the First Amendment to the Agreement with <br />Woodside Tuscany, LLC for Tuscany Lakes Subdivision <br />and the request for initial payment to Woodside Homes <br />Southeast Florida, pursuant to the Revised Developer's <br />Agreement in the amount of $94,793.05 ($119,475.55 - <br />$24,682.50) and four (4) additional annual payments of <br />$119,475.55 beginning in August of 2009 and ending <br />August 2012, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />July 16, 2008. <br />DOCUMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />12. INC. - <br />WELLFIELD MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR <br />NORTHAND SOUTH COUNTYRO WATER TREATMENT PLANTS <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Davis, for discussion, to <br />approve staff's recommendation. <br />Chairman Bowden asked for an explanation on this matter. <br />Director of Utilities Erik Olson reviewed the backup memorandum of August <br />1, 2008, to provide background information on the wells which are used to operate the North and <br />South County Reverse Osmosis Plants. He explained that the Work Order would allow staff to <br />proceed with maintenance activities on the older wells, which would bring them up to capacity <br />and maximize the amount of existing assets at the plants. <br />48 <br />August 12, 2008 <br />
